Refund policy

At Sculpted Aura, we take great pride in sourcing exceptional natural crystal sculptures and handcrafted home décor. Every piece is individually inspected and carefully packaged to ensure it arrives safely.

As our products are made from natural stone, each crystal is unique in colour, pattern, shape and inclusions. These natural characteristics are not considered faults or defects.

Change of Mind

We do not offer refunds, exchanges or store credit for change-of-mind purchases.

Please choose carefully before placing your order. If you have any questions about a piece before purchasing, we are always happy to help.

This policy does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective or you receive the incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To assess your claim, please email the following to hello@sculptedaura.com.au:

• Your order number

• Clear photographs of the outer packaging

• Clear photographs of the damaged item

• A continuous, unedited unboxing video showing the unopened parcel being opened and the item removed from its original packaging.

The unboxing video is required to help us verify transit damage and lodge a claim with our shipping provider.

Claims submitted without an unboxing video may not be eligible for a replacement or refund unless required under Australian Consumer Law.

If your claim is approved, we will, at our discretion:

• Replace the item (subject to availability)

• Repair the item where appropriate

• Offer a full refund

• Provide store credit where suitable

Natural Characteristics

Our crystals are created by nature over millions of years.

Natural variations including colour, veining, inclusions, small surface irregularities, mineral pockets and crystal formations are part of the beauty and uniqueness of each piece and are not considered defects.

Product photographs are intended to represent the item accurately; however, colours may vary slightly depending on your screen or device settings.

Returns

Returns must be authorised by Sculpted Aura before being sent back.

Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

If a return is approved due to a fault or our error, we will provide return instructions and cover reasonable return shipping costs.

For any approved change-of-mind return (where accepted at our discretion), the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs and the item must be returned in its original packaging and unused condition.

Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method used at checkout.

Please allow 5–10 business days for your financial institution to process the refund.

Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts or modifies your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

You are entitled to a replacement, repair or refund where your purchase has a major fault or otherwise fails to meet the consumer guarantees provided by law.
