At Sculpted Aura, every piece is carefully inspected, professionally packaged, and prepared with the utmost care before leaving our Sydney studio. As many of our crystals are one-of-a-kind natural works of art, we take extra time to ensure they arrive safely and beautifully presented.

Complimentary Shipping

We are pleased to offer FREE Standard Shipping Australia-wide on all orders over $200 AUD.

A flat-rate shipping fee applies to orders under $200. Your shipping cost will be shown at checkout.

New Zealand Shipping

We offer weight-based shipping to New Zealand, starting from AUD $20.

For orders exceeding 5 kg, please contact us at Sculpted Aura for a personalised shipping quote before placing your order.

Additional customs duties or import charges, if applicable, are the responsibility of the recipient.

Order Processing

All orders are packed and dispatched within 2–4 business days (Monday to Friday).

During new collection launches or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly longer. Should there be any unexpected delay, we'll keep you informed.

Estimated Delivery Times

Once your order has been dispatched, estimated delivery times are:

Standard Shipping

1–4 business days

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on your location and Australia Post or courier network delays.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking details so you can follow your parcel every step of the way.

Large & Fragile Pieces

Some Sculpted Aura pieces are exceptionally large, heavy or delicate.

These items may require a specialist courier or personalised freight service to ensure they arrive safely. If this applies to your order, we'll contact you to arrange the most suitable delivery option before dispatch.

Delivery Address

Please ensure your delivery details are correct before completing your purchase.

If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect address or failure to collect it from the courier, additional shipping charges will apply before the order can be resent.

Damaged During Transit

We take exceptional care when packaging every order.

If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

• Your order number

• Clear photographs of the outer packaging

• Clear photographs of the damaged item

We'll work with you promptly to find the best resolution.

Lost Parcels

If your tracking indicates your parcel has not arrived, please contact us as soon as possible.

Should Australia Post or the courier officially confirm that a parcel has been lost in transit, we'll arrange an appropriate replacement (where available), store credit or refund.
