What if my order arrives damaged?
In the unlikely event your order is damaged during transit, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Please provide photographs and a continuous unedited unboxing video so we can assess your claim quickly.
Can I return my purchase?
Due to the unique nature of our products, we do not accept returns for change of mind. If your item is faulty or arrives damaged, we'll work with you in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
